Meeting Location

 

The meeting will be held in the Chadwick Building and Central Teaching Laboratory at the University of Liverpool. These are buildings 207 and 802 on the map of the University of Liverpool, or see here.

Registration will take place 0845-0930, and during the coffee break and lunch break on the first day (28th July).  Secretarial support will also be available later during the conference.  The location of the registration desk is at the entrance to the Central Teaching Laboratory.

The conference sessions take place in the Chadwick Lecture theatre in the Chadwick Building.

Wireless internet access will be provided for registered delegates throughout the meeting. EDUROAM is also available. 

Lunch and tea and coffee will be provided each day.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is eight miles from the city and is best reached by taxi or bus, directly outside the entrance to the airport terminal.

The journey time using Black Cab taxis is about 20 minutes to the University campus, 25 minutes to the city centre.

Taxis should be booked at least two weeks in advance; please contact Jackie Sharp. The cost for the return fare (~ 45 minutes journey time) is about £100.  Most taxis only accept cash.
