ACTAR - ACtive TARgets
ACTAR is a Joint Research Activity part of the
EURONS Integrated Infrastructure Initiative for EUROpean Nuclear
Structure research within the 6th Framework Programme
of the European Commission.
It is an R&D project to develop innovative active-target detection
systems to study the structure of extremely exotic nuclei using direct
reactions in inverse kinematics.
