Escape peaks
Previous Up Next

In order to detect escape peaks you must have intense gamma ray photons with an energy greater than 1022 keV (i.e. the sum of two 511 keV rays). The potential single and double escape peaks can be expected at 511 keV and 1022 keV below the full energy peak respectively. Escape peaks for 28-Al
