The tape format consists of an ANSI header. Data blocks are <= 32768 bytes.

The current handler supports FERA format data with the event separator being a word of 0xffff.

This handler requires a config file to decode the FERA VSN:SA mappings.
NOTE: The addition of further module types may require additional coding.
