The DiscCompressed handler utilises a block-by-block compression
algorithm, which allows access to part way through the file.
The DiscgzCompressed handler creates gzip-compressed files, which
are only decodable from the start of the file.
All Disc Input Handlers support both compressed file formats transparently.
Other handlers may be added as necessary.
